Checkered Flag Tear Boat Decals – Race-Day Energy on the Water
Nothing says speed like a checkered flag, and this Checkered Flag Tear set brings that race vibe straight to your hull. You get two matching rips per side—a larger front tear and a smaller rear tear—so the boat looks like it’s ripping through the panel at full throttle.
These are printed decals that are also precision cut (contour-cut), giving you sharp edges and a clean, painted-on look without the hassle. Each set is finished with our premium Oraguard 290G gloss laminate to help protect the print from sun, spray, and weather for long-lasting shine.

Placement ideas (boat-friendly)
- Run the large tear forward and the smaller tear behind it to create a “motion” look.
- Works great along the side panel, above the chine line, or under the rub rail (avoid seams/hardware).
Install tips
- Remove wax/polish first, then do a final wipe with isopropyl alcohol.
- Install in mild temps and out of strong wind for easier alignment.
- After install: let the adhesive bond before heavy water exposure (a full day is a solid rule).
